How Might We's
The interviews revealed many user pain points but not an obvious solution. To move forward, the client and I collaborated on a series of "How Might We" questions, which helped us refine our focus and narrow down our scope.
⚠️ Problem | 💡 How Might We… |
---|---|
Users feel alone in the licensure process. | Make users feel more supported during the licensure process? |
Users don't know what they don't know. | Make info easier to find when users don't know what they are looking for? |
Users feel unprepared after getting their license. | Make users feel more prepared when finishing up the licensure process? |
Current resources about licensure are scattered. | Help users efficiently find info and tips? |
Crazy 8's (Inspired by ClaudeAI)
The client and I had a brainstorming session using ClaudeAI and the Crazy 8's method. We prompted Claude with the pain points and "How Might We's" to help inspire us on possible solutions. Claude proposed a number of solutions including a resource hub, progress tracker, and peer connection platform. We then quickly sketched 8 distinct ideas covering those topics as well as other ideas we had.
Card Sorting
After Crazy 8's, we narrowed down the topics the new app would feature. We grouped the topics which resulted in three major categories.
